Ingredients:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic , chopped
- 1 serving pasta , cooked
- 2 x roma tomatoes , chopped
- 1 tbs basil , chopped
- 1 tbs parsley , chopped
- 1 x salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 30-60 seconds.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add the pasta, tomatoes, basil, parsley, salt and pepper and toss to mix.
