Chocolate Truffles Recipes

Chocolate melted with butter and coated in icing sugar, glace cherries and walnuts.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of any type of chocolate
  • Chocolate flavour sugar strands (optional)
  • 10 glace cherries (optional)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 100 g of unsalted butter
  • 200 g of icing sugar

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan.
  2. When it is melted mix it in a bowl with the icing sugar.
  3. Roll into little balls or use an icing bag to make them swirly.
  4. Press in the optional ingredients if you are using them.
  5. Place in fridge for ten minutes until hard.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
