A light supper that’s so easy to make when you get home from work
Ingredients:
- 2 thick slices granary bread
- 200 g pot of low-fat prawn cocktail
- ½ avocado , halved stoned and sliced
- ¼ iceberg lettuce iceberg lettuce , shredded
Instructions:
- Lightly toast the bread. Spread the bread with a little of the sauce from the prawn cocktail and top with the lettuce and avocado. Finally, top with the prawn cocktail.
